Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 14 April 2025

Effective Date: 14 April 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bhumi AI website and your enrolment in any of our programmes. By using the site or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, completing enrolment, or accessing course materials, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

3. Programme Description

Bhumi AI provides structured online and in-person educational programmes in applied AI development. Programmes are delivered in English and are available to participants in Thailand and internationally, subject to enrolment confirmation. We reserve the right to modify programme content, schedule, or delivery format when reasonably necessary, with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

4. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion, including where a programme's cohort is at capacity or where a prospective student does not meet the stated prerequisite background for a programme. We will communicate this clearly and issue a refund if payment has already been made.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is required in full before the programme start date. We accept bank transfer and major card payments. Details are provided during the enrolment process.

Refund policy: Where a student withdraws more than 14 days before the programme start date, a full refund will be issued less any payment processing fees. Withdrawals within 14 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund. Where Bhumi AI cancels a programme, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

7. Intellectual Property

All course content — including materials, problem sets, written resources, and feedback — remains the intellectual property of Bhumi AI. Enrolled students receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use course content for their own personal learning during and after the programme. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit course materials without written permission.

Work produced by students during a programme — including project outputs and research reports — belongs to the student. Bhumi AI may request permission to use anonymised examples for teaching purposes; this is never obligatory.

8. Completion and Records

Students who complete all required elements of a programme will receive a completion record from Bhumi AI. We do not issue government-recognised qualifications. The primary value of our programmes is the skills developed and work produced, not the completion record itself.

9. Disclaimers

Our programmes are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations about specific learning outcomes, career outcomes, or job placement. Results depend on individual effort, prior background, and circumstances outside our control. Course content reflects knowledge current at the time of delivery; the AI field changes and we do not warrant that all content will remain current indefinitely.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Bhumi AI's liability to any student for any claim arising from their programme enrolment is limited to the total fees paid by that student for the programme in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Neither party is in breach of this agreement for failures caused by events outside their reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread technology failures.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Bhumi AI against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of course content, or your infringement of third-party rights in connection with your use of our services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a student's access to a programme if they materially breach these terms — for example, by sharing course materials without permission or behaving in a way that disrupts the learning environment for others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

A student may withdraw from a programme subject to the refund policy set out in section 5. Sections 6, 7, 10, and 11 survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at [email protected].

14. General Provisions

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were made. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
