Cookie Policy

Last updated: 14 April 2025

This page explains what cookies are, how Bhumi AI uses them on our website, and the controls available to you. We have tried to write this in plain language — if any term is unclear, feel free to contact us.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit — for example, whether you have already seen the cookie notice, or which language you prefer.

Cookies are a common technology used across nearly all websites. They are not programs and cannot carry viruses or malware. Most browsers accept cookies by default, though you can change this in your browser settings.

We use cookies to make our website function correctly and to understand how visitors use it, so we can improve it over time.

2. The cookies we use

Essential cookies

Always active

Required

These cookies are necessary for the website to work. They handle things like remembering your cookie consent choice and basic session management. Without them, parts of the site would not function correctly.

Examples: consent preference storage, session identifiers for form handling.

Analytics cookies

Optional

Optional

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website — which pages are visited most, how long people spend reading course descriptions, and where visitors come from. This information is aggregated and used only to improve our content.

Examples: Google Analytics page view counters, session duration tracking.

Marketing cookies

Optional

Optional

These cookies are used to show relevant information about our courses on other platforms you visit. They do not collect personal information beyond what is needed to identify a returning browser.

Examples: advertising network identifiers, social media tracking pixels.

Preference cookies

Optional

Optional

These cookies remember choices you have made — such as display preferences or previously viewed content — so we can tailor the experience to your returning visits.

Examples: language or region settings, previously viewed course records.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies on our site are placed by third-party services we use. These services have their own privacy policies, which govern their use of the information they collect.

We do not sell any data collected through cookies to third parties.

4. How long cookies last

Session cookies

These exist only while your browser is open. When you close the browser, session cookies are deleted automatically.

Persistent cookies

These remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. Our consent preference cookie is stored in your browser's local storage and persists until you clear it.

Typical durations: analytics cookies — 13 months; marketing cookies — 30–90 days.

5. Your cookie preferences

Use the controls below to manage which optional cookies you accept. Your choices are saved to your browser's local storage and will be respected on your next visit. Changes here apply across our site.

Your preferences have been saved.

Help us understand how the site is used.

Marketing cookies

Allow relevant course information to appear on other sites.

Preference cookies

Remember your display and content choices.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also manage or delete cookies directly through your browser settings. Note that blocking all cookies may affect how some parts of this site work.

Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome and select the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right.

2. Go to Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.

3. Choose your preferred setting, or use See all site data and permissions to manage cookies for specific sites.

4. To delete existing cookies, go to Privacy and security → Clear browsing data and tick Cookies and other site data.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Firefox and click the menu button (☰) in the top right.

2. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security.

3. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, choose your level, or scroll to Cookies and Site Data to manage or clear cookies.

4. Use Manage Exceptions to allow or block cookies for specific sites.

Apple Safari

2. Click the Privacy tab.

3. Use Manage Website Data to view and delete cookies from individual sites.

4. On iOS: go to Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data.

Mobile browsers: Settings vary by device and browser app. Generally, look for Privacy or Site Settings within the browser's settings menu. You can also use private browsing mode, which does not store cookies after the session ends.

7. Your rights and choices

Withdraw consent at any time: You can change your cookie preferences using the controls in Section 5 above, or by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. Withdrawal takes effect immediately for future visits.

Right to information: You can ask us what data we have collected through cookies by writing to us at [email protected].

Effect of disabling optional cookies: Disabling analytics cookies means we receive less feedback about which content is useful. Disabling marketing or preference cookies has no effect on core site functionality — all course pages and the contact form will continue to work normally.

Questions or concerns: If you have any questions about our cookie use, contact us at [email protected] or write to us at Bhumi AI, 145/9 Phaholyothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand.
